Aaron, a native of Philadelphia, PA, hails from a long line of real estate enthusiasts, with generations of family members deeply involved in owning, investing, and managing residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate.

After earning dual degrees in Finance and Marketing from Stetson University, Aaron's journey led him to Central Florida, where he fell in love with the region and decided to make Orlando his home. Over the years, he has cultivated a diverse portfolio of properties and businesses in the area while expanding his influence into other parts of Florida and beyond.

Drawing upon his keen business acumen and astute awareness of market trends, Aaron recognized unmet needs within the real estate and property management sectors. This realization drove him and his business partner to establish Build Ventures Property Management and Build Ventures Real Estate. In early 2022, the acquisition of Sea Gull Realty cemented Build Ventures' position as one of the founding members of a groundbreaking and innovative company, LPT Realty, in the United States. With the addition of a brand ambassador and a new brand leader, Aaron is poised to lead a revolution in the property management industry and set new standards for excellence in real estate asset management.
