Kim has honed her negotiation skills and professional agility through nearly two decades of success in the education industry.  Collaborating with districts, charters, state departments and national consulting agencies, Kim coached, empowered, and created strong educational environments for students with disabilities and special education teachers.

She has personal experience purchasing, renovating and managing real estate, including multi-unit homes, condos, and single-family homes and is always ready to advise potential investors. As the owner of Linden & Brooks, an interior staging and decorating company, she can provide a one-stop-shop real estate experience with exclusive access to contractors, painters, movers, and cleaning companies, just to name a few.

As a lifelong athlete, Kim embraces teamwork and leverages Build Ventures collaborative culture, coupled with her own background in real estate portfolio growth, to guide clients in evaluating investment opportunities.  Prior to her professional endeavors, Kim worked hard to achieve her dreams of being a ballet dancer.  Starting at the age of 2, Kim found a passion in performing.  Driven by discipline, structure, and perseverance she studied in New York, Philadelphia, and Boston.  This pursuit of excellence extends to every aspect of her life, driving her to deliver the highest standards of professionalism and dedication.
