Dean Doulou

Born and raised in Ohio, Dean made his way to Pinellas County in 1966, where he has built a remarkable career in real estate. With a license to sell real estate and manage properties in Florida since 1980, Dean brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Prior to joining the Build Ventures team, Dean and his wife, Barbara, enjoyed a successful 15-year stint as owners and operators of a full-service property management, leasing, and sales office. During this time, they oversaw a diverse portfolio of over 150 managed residential and commercial assets, along with an additional 60 individual vacation rental units.

Dean embarked on his real estate journey as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1980, eventually earning his Real Estate Broker license in 1991. Over the years, he has provided expert guidance to more than 500 individual owners and investors in their pursuit of managing, leasing, buying, or selling various types of real estate. His expertise spans single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, apartments, buildings, commercial properties, and even business entities.

Beyond his role as a seasoned Real Estate Broker, Dean also excels as a Community Association Manager (CAM), effectively overseeing condominium and homeowners' associations.

Dean is an active member of several prestigious organizations, including The Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Organization of Independent Real Estate Professionals. He has also served as the past President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and as a past member of the Pinellas Realtor Association – Property Management and Leasing Council.
